Here is what to expect next:

Delivery
Garbage and recycling carts will be delivered within 3-5 business days of creating your account

Account Creation
You will receive a welcome email from the office within 1-5 days of the sign-up date that you initially selected, which will have your service day listed.

Initial Invoice
We are a prepaid service. You will be emailed the first invoice once the carts are delivered and the account is created. You can pay by credit/debit card through the emailed invoice or mail in a check. The invoice will include:

• One-time Non – Refundable account set-up and cart delivery fee of $60
• The initial Quarterly service charge

Start Service
Your service will start the week after the cart is delivered and once the initial invoice is paid or auto-draft paperwork is received services will begin.

#1 Rule

• Please place your Carts out the night before at the curb Visible
• If services are missed, there will be an additional $50 charge for any additional pick up; unless ruled that it is the driver’s fault for missed services.
• Please bag ALL trash, grass, leaves, and tie up stick( No longer than 3 feet)
• Absolutely NO dirt, mulch, construction/demolition debris, steel, batteries, pressurized cans or tanks, oil, tires, ammunition, liquid paints, fuel, or cleaning chemicals
• Two additional bags per week outside the cart are allowed, any additional bags will be $1 per bag(Unless it is Christmas, Thanksgiving, or New Years)

General Service Days
The welcome letter email will have your EXACT service day. The only holidays we DO NOT OPERATE are Christmas and Thanksgiving; otherwise services will be provided as scheduled.

Recycling

• Recycling will be the same day as garbage, and needs to be placed out the night before
• This is a WEEKLY service
• Acceptable recyclables: Plastics 1-7, cardboard, aluminum cans, steel cans, and mixed paper. Please bag all shredded paper.
• We DO NOT take: Glass, Styrofoam, Aluminum Foil, or Grocery Bags in the Recycling
